The ground rules for using PCPort: what the listings are, how enquiries and rates work, and where our responsibility stops and the publisher's begins.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use PCPort, the PCPort Publisher Index: a directory of websites that accept guest posts. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The site is run by the operator of PCPort, who can be contacted at hello@pcportcouk.com. There are no user accounts, no checkout and no payments anywhere on the site.
What a listing shows
Each listing gathers figures about one publisher's website. Some are third-party estimates from SEO tools; others are read directly from the domain. The main sources are:
- Domain Authority, Spam ScoreMoz
- Domain RatingAhrefs
- Traffic estimateSemrush
- Registration dateRDAP registry
- Pages in sitemapsitemap.xml
- AI bot rulesrobots.txt
Each figure is correct only for the date it was taken. Scores and estimates are revised by the tools that produce them, and websites change, so we cannot guarantee that a figure is still accurate when you read it. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will look at it again.
Publishers are independent
We do not own, run or control any website in the directory. Each publisher decides what it accepts, how it edits, what stays online and what comes down, and it may change its requirements or leave the directory at any time.
A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. It is not a promise of rankings, traffic, sales or any other result from a placement.
Enquiries, rates and placements
No rates are published on the site. Every listing reads “Rate on request”, because publishers change their rates and a printed figure would soon be wrong.
When you enquire, the rate, the publisher's requirements and any other terms for that placement are agreed with you in writing, for that enquiry, before any work starts. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until that written agreement exists.
Where a written agreement covers a placement, that agreement governs the placement, and these terms continue to govern your use of the site.
Fair use of the site
You are welcome to browse, filter and compare listings, and to quote an individual figure in your own work with a link back to the listing it came from.
Please do not copy or scrape the directory in bulk, republish it as your own list or dataset, try to disrupt or overload the site, or present yourself as acting for PCPort when you contact a publisher.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by relying on a figure shown here, or for the decisions of any publisher. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
